OHIO’S HOME RELIEF GRANT

Ohioans who are behind on their rent, mortgage, water, and/or sewer payments may be eligible for assistance through the Coronavirus Relief Fund made available by the CARES Act.
CAA may be able to assist households:
â–ª Facing eviction or late notice from their landlord;
â–ª Are homeless or experiencing imminent homelessness;
â–ª Mortgage delinquency or forbearance unable to pay their mortgage and have verification of past due payment;
â–ª Threat of disconnection of water and sewer, utility, rental arrears, mortgage delinquencies and past due amounts from April 1, 2020 may be paid.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Households at or below 200% FPL and who have been impacted by COVID-19.

8/members $88,240
*Total Household Income 12 Months

HOW TO APPLY

1. Download the application and checklist.
    2. Ensure you have the ALL requested documents (client checklist) before sending in your application.
    3. Follow instructions on the client checklist on how to scan and upload documents.
4. Submit the documents and application to admin@lowcincy.org by December 17th.
Once application and documents are submitted, if additional information is needed, you have 3 days to resubmit.
